Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure for a Growing Construction Firm

A 75-user construction company needed better scalability and disaster recovery but wanted to retain some on-prem infrastructure. I designed a hybrid cloud solution using AWS and on-prem servers, migrating core applications to AWS EC2 while keeping large CAD files on-prem with AWS Storage Gateway. Remote employees were supported via AWS Workspaces, and Veeam Cloud Connect provided cloud-based disaster recovery. The firm achieved 99.99% uptime, 25% reduction in IT costs, and a fully scalable infrastructure ready for growth.
